Not another dashboard

Your health data should lead somewhere.

Knowing you slept 6 hours is useful. Knowing what to change tonight—and whether it helps over time—is better. Haovo turns signals into small, realistic actions, then helps you learn from the results.

Endless chartsGuilty checklistsGeneric advice

A daily path that gets more personal as you live it.

One connected system

From body signals to everyday choices.

Haovo brings four parts of healthy change into one clear experience instead of leaving your data, habits, and reflections in separate apps.

Health

What is happening in my body?

See sleep, recovery, activity, and routine signals in the context of your own baseline—not somebody else's score.

Action

What can I do today?

Turn one meaningful priority into a small habit or daily plan that feels possible on the day you actually have.

Record

What else shaped my day?

Add the context a watch cannot know—water, caffeine, mood, stress, screen time, symptoms, and your own events.

Insight

What seems to work for me?

Notice careful, confidence-aware relationships between what you do and how your body responds over time.

The Haovo loop

Small actions. Honest feedback. Better choices.

Health change is not a perfect streak. It is a loop that helps you understand, act, notice, and adjust.

  1. 01

    Understand

Start with your current signals and personal baseline.

  2. 02

    Choose

Pick the one area most worth improving now.

  3. 03

    Build

Shape a habit that fits your real schedule.

  4. 04

    Live

Let Apple Health automate what it can.

  5. 05

    Reward

Celebrate the action, never the body score.

  6. 06

    Learn

Look for patterns with honest confidence.

  7. 07

    Adjust

Keep what helps. Change what does not.

Health without the pressure

Designed to help you return, not feel judged.

Your health is not a score.

Haovo rewards the choices you make. It never treats a low HRV, a hard night, or a recovery day as failure.

Coming back beats being perfect.

No red crosses, shame, or all-or-nothing streaks. Yesterday can pause; today can still move forward.

Measured, reported, and derived stay clear.

Automatic health signals and the context you add remain distinct, so every insight can explain what it is based on.

Apple first

Designed around the devices you already live with.

Haovo is being designed for a calm iPhone experience, useful Apple Watch moments, and permission-based Apple Health signals—each device doing the job it is best at.

  • iPhone

Plan, reflect, and understand the bigger picture.

  • Apple Watch

See today, record quickly, and get timely feedback.

  • Apple Health

Bring your approved health signals into one personal baseline.

Good to know

Questions before the first step.

When can I download Haovo?

Haovo is currently in product design and is not yet available on the App Store. This site will be updated when an official release or testing program is ready.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Apple Watch will make automatic health signals and quick recording more useful, but the intended iPhone experience is not limited to Watch owners.

What health data will Haovo use?

The future app is intended to use Apple Health and Apple Watch signals only after you grant permission. You will remain in control of the categories you choose to share.

Is Haovo a medical product?

No. Haovo is designed for general wellness and lifestyle reflection. It will not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Will there be an Android version?

The first version is focused on iPhone and Apple Watch. An Android version is not part of the current V1 scope.

Does this website collect my data?
